k and m desk top solutions was founded in june of 2012. with the goal of providing cost effective services for individuals and small business who don't have the time, knowledge or resources to do it themselves. the following services are billed at $35 an hour billed in half hour blocks. desktop and laptop repair computer maintenance and upgrades software hardware installation and troubleshooting home network set-up/file and print sharing the following services are billed at $50 an hour with a minimum of a half hour billed. create, maintain and improve web presence it consulting if services are required with less than 24 hour notice there is a 15 dollar emergency fee. there is also a mileage fee of 25 cents a mile outside of olympia\tumwater\lacey addresses. all fees except the emergency fee are billed and paid only after the services are completed. i stand behind my work and if the items serviced fail within 30 days i will repair for no extra cost.
