i am kerri holden, i run kcoaching; created to empower business men and women to identify and remove their limiting beliefs which are preventing them from realising their true business potential. by helping them break down barriers and make changes to their thoughts as well as their actions, i show them that nothing is impossible, and they can create the life they and their families deserve. why? 3 years ago, i had to leave my job in finance due to a breakdown. the stress of the job and the impact it was having on my emotional state as well as my home life became too much. i felt like i had imploded. after much soul searching and many long conversations with my husband, i decided to retrain, although initially, i was unsure what to do. my instincts kept bringing back to the overwhelming feeling that i had to make a difference to people’s lives, to work with them somehow. the thought of them feeling better because of something i had done drove me to make my decision; i decide
