since 2000, karl nicholson and his father graham have combined specialist building knowledge with a passion for design to offer an end-to-end building service. k design and build offers bespoke design, renovation, refit and build services in order to optimise the look and functionality of your space. by offering best-practice advice, karl broadens his clients' views on what can be achieved, pinpointing important details which make all the difference. k design and build maintains strong links with other trades, architects and structural engineers. all our tools are fit for purpose, insured, maintained and pat-tested. our health and safety policies and company policy are regularly updated in line with industry regulations. we are fully insured for public liability (to £5m). we hold work safe certification which allows us to work on large property development, government-run and council-run projects.
