KGVS (Kodumon Grama Vikasana Samithy) - India

our mission is to empower oppressed and displaced people giving them the support they need to become self-aware and creators of their own futures. to this end, we work at a grassroots level with community members and volunteers, as well as with institutions, acting as a link between people –who often don’t know their rights- and institutions. we envision an india where people know their rights and have the strength to speak up for these rights, so that they attain total sustainability in the areas of health, education, legal awareness, consumer protection, human rights and environmental issues.
