kjt group ltd was founded in 1983 by kevin thulborn to provide a high quality service to the civil, highways and public sectors and in may 1998 changed over to a limited company, (k. j. thulborn contractors & engineers limited – the ‘organisation’). established in 1983, the company has quickly became involved within cyclic maintenance including grass cutting, traffic management, arboricultural works and grounds maintenance. kjt ltd satisfies the requirements of its customers, particularly with regard to management responsibility. all traffic management under sector schemes 12a & 12b/c/d follow chapter 8 design layouts. we supply and use traffic lights for some of our traffic management systems. any modifications to a design is noted in the traffic layout plan by the tsco and approved by the client. all landscaping designs under sector scheme 18 is supplied by the client and any changes are agreed with the client before being implemented. we comply with the national sector scheme accred
