we empower woman to live life on their own terms by changing judgment to curiosity and releasing the pressure to create change by focus on increasing choice. circumstances may be outside our control, but choices are ours and our health is no exception. if we can teach and help adults understand the value and potential they have for good health, the future generations will begin to understand through example what living healthy really entails. too often people think eating a certain way is the solution, or exercise and you are set. unless we understand what our personal mental, emotional, physical, environmental, and spiritual health need to be (by not trying to be everyone else), true overall health is not attainable. the impact we make today in our community’s health crisis affects not only the individuals of today, but tomorrow, and forever.
