we start off identifying the areas you'll see the greatest impact. we're always focused on the next win, and we're always looking for the next area of weakness we can turn into a strength. in your first month, we'll do both. we'll work on cleaning up your past due accounts, and we'll help you launch a targeted promotion, aimed at either new member signups or class promotion(s). we'll work hand-in-hand with you to create the strategy, and from there we'll make the magic happen for you. we'll also identify other areas where planning and taking action can have the most meaningful impact to the bottom line. we'll usually help you bring greater strength and dimension to your member onboarding experience . hawk assists in all facets of engagement, helping to mold routines and habits that begin with an immediate cadence. these efforts are focused on relationship building and mentoring towards personal goals. when this is done right, the likelihood each member will remain active patrons 6-12
