the attrition rate for certified soccer officials is 75% in four years. 100 officials this year will be reduce to 25 in four short years. each year, more and more young people and adults are playing soccer and the number of certified officials continues to drop. like any non for profit organization, volunteer services are at a premium and it is difficult to find someone with each club who is able to commit the time needed to recruit, train, mentor and assign referees. kvra tackles all of these issues and creates win-win-win situations. we take all the referee burdens off the shoulders of the soccer clubs and we provide solid, fundamental positive environments for new referees to learn their trade and for experienced officials to hone their skills. all fee payments have been streamlined and incentive programs are offered to all referees to help build their character, add to their life skills and show them the advantages to remaining a referee for years to come!
