i help tourism companies grow revenues, develop products & services, exploit the internet sales & marketing opportunities, and reduce sales & operational cost. since 2005 i have offered courses & consulting in cooperation with horesta, the association for the hotel, restaurant and tourism industry in denmark. the tasks have been for: hotel, restaurant, meeting & conference centre, café, zoo, museum, music festival, hostel, concert venue, bed & breakfast, inn, tourism agency, camping, golf centre, housekeeping company, office hotel, stadium, holiday house rental, theme parks. besides all over denmark, i have had assignments in the united kingdom, france, germany, norway, sweden, greenland, and the faroe islands. i am a speaker and give lectures, where the industry invites me, and i am exams assessor and teach at the industries schools. i work, meet and engage with the industry stakeholders, from sole practitioners to international chains, school students to directors. my main focus area
