(khg) was formed in 2006 as the management company for the organically grown collection of lodging businesses within the nestucca ridge family companies. lodging businesses include the inn at cape kiwanda (boutique hotel), shorepine vacation rentals (private beach home rentals), hart’s camp (airstream rentals), and the new headlands coastal lodge & spa opening in november 2017. all located in pacific city, a tucked-away beach town on the oregon coast, these businesses serve a broad range of beach-goers while providing excellent employment opportunities and strong economic growth for the community. the khg lodging collection is marketed under the "pacific city: your little beach town" brand.
