kjo architecture, llc is a philadelphia, pa based architecture and planning office. our priorities are creating exceptional buildings and designs that enhance the built environment, and providing outstanding service and communication to our clients. our design approach starts with a careful analysis of site, context, program, and budget; that information then informs a solution that is logical, efficient, flexible, and unique. we seek to amplify and embrace both the opportunities and the barriers that are inherent to any design challenge; we believe that there is always a solution. our project base consists of single and multi-family residential developments, commercial buildings, and mixed-use buildings. we provide design services that range from custom projects to large scale development and planning. we have generated designs and solutions for new construction projects as well as additions and renovations to existing buildings.
