our increasingly complex world needs creative problem-solvers. that is why education in creativity and integrative thinking is important and should already start at an early stage. arts education and arts experiences foster critical thinking skills in children and the effect is especially significant for children from disadvantaged populations, as studies show. the kleine kunstschule (“little art school”) is a nonprofit organisation in st.gallen, switzerland, which pursues this objective and promotes critical and creative thinking in children through artistic instruction. we take a hands-on approach to learning with a focus on problem-solving and self-expression. our qualified instructors recognize and foster each child’s individual creative abilities.
