as a leadership consultant, i specialize in the development of leadership skills and strategies as well as employee relations improvement programs and business reorganizations and restructures. i am often called in when a company appears to have reached an impasse in the growth of the business or turnover has become concerning. i spend time looking at each level of function within the business and how those functions relate to one another. at the same time, i evaluate the current management or leadership style displayed at various levels within the organization. based on the results of this evaluation, i develop a course of action for enhancing the leadership of managers, department heads, and supervisors so the company can continue to grow. if the business does not have an employee relations program in place, i study current staffing and survey the opinions of the employees to gather data. a plan is created to address the gap and to work proactively for future success.
