kmers.org is a community website focused on hosting and storing twitter chats around the #kmers hashtag. social media and knowledge management are a powerful combination. we aim to use a social media tool (twitter chat) and a cms tool (drupal) to run a site that helps kmers share information about the practice of knowledge management. this is your community. anyone can suggest topics, vote on topics, moderate chats, participate in chats, etc... feel free to lurk, but we hope that you will be an active participant. even if you are new, people can learn from your ideas and experiences. the kmers.org site is designed to make managing the community as easy as possible, but it still takes work. we hope that you will help. kmers has some governance to help it run smoothly. the leadership team meets once a month and has drafted the following objectives/metrics for the community. we would love to have some feedback from the community itself on what our objectives should be. note: ping @swanwic
