i am a co-founder of a unique non-profit organization located in las vegas, nevada area. we offer a database connecting community members with the resources of charitable and service organizations in communities throughout the united states and beyond. in essence, we are providing an opportunity to address social issues in general and poverty/homelessness specifically. our social networking platform allows individuals as well as organizations to connect sharing program and project ideas, resources and of course making new friends! whether an individual or an organization we provide a means and encourage those seeking and offering resources the capability to: create unique profiles propose, initiate and participate in new programs and projects meet other individuals of similar or even disparate circumstances share their experiences create alliances (peer-to-peer, mentor to mentee, the organization to volunteer, etc.)
