konnected people is the umbrella company of julie kortens. julie is an inspiring coach, keynote speaker and people person. julie is one of the best known figures in facilities management. she has won numerous industry awards including the coveted bifm fm of the year, and is regularly invited to speak at industry events, in her witty, self-deprecating style. julie led channel 4’s corporate services division, having initially established the broadcaster’s first ever facilities management and indirect procurement departments. she is also immediate past chairman of the british institute of facilities management (bifm). julie knows fm, and, under her konnected people company, she throws her heart into helping the industry and its people be the best they can be
