:: the association :: konnekt association primary goal is to run an incubation program for social projects. we support projects where we see true passion for action plus a possible positive impact on one's environment.throughout our projects we are strive to empower changemakers and make young people responsible for their own future. the organization helps these project with a large network of like-minden people, with capacity building and tailor made mentoring. the main values of our projects are inclusiveness and peer-to-peer learning so we can build up a real bottom-up movement. the project of a kind is our mentor program for high school student which helps them in career-orientation and personal development. :: the mentor program :: the mentor program connects high school students with young professionals who already work in a particular field, and who can provide first hand experiences to aid a choice of career path. every student gets a mentor who will support them during the 6 m
