ο μιχάλης κωνσταντόπουλος μετά απο μια πορεία 24 χρόνων στην εμφιάλωση αναψυκτικών συνεργαζόμενος με την εταιρεία τριανταφυλλόπουλου αποφασίζει το 1948 να ιδρύσει την εταιρεία κωνσταντοπουλος μαζί με την σύζυγο του παναγιώτα με αντικείμενο την εμφιάλωση πορτοκαλάδας λεμονάδας γκαζόζας σόδας με επωνυμία ασσος - κορπη. το 1981 ανέλαβε την επιχείρηση του ο υιός του μιχάλη θεοδωρος κωνσταντοπουλος για να συνεχίσει την παράδοση και έπειτα απο μια επιτυχημένη πορεία να φτάσει σήμερα σε αυτή την μορφή της δηλαδή την αντιπροσώπευση των εταιρειών αθηναϊκη ζυθοποιια και coca cola 3ε όπως επίσης πολλές άλλες εταιρείες εμφιαλωμένων νερών κρασιού και οινοπνευματώδη ποτών. ο θεόδωρος κωνσταντόπουλος δραστηριοποιήται στο κλάδο ποτού - αναψυκτικού και είναι πρόεδρος στο νομό αχαϊας απο το 1992, όπως επίσης το 2007 έγινε πρόεδρος πανελλήνιας ένωσης διακινητών εμπόρων οίνων ποτών. η εταιρεία μας δραστηριοποιήται σε ιδιόκτητες εγκαταστάσεις 8 στρεμμάτων στην περιβόλα
