konsulto is small finnish consulting and training company. our company specializes in successful development, lean management and mass customization. we are strong believers of learning by doing. our way of doing training and consulting always includes hands on simulation and teaching by illustrative learning games. our main service at the moment is an illustrative training called kehitysrutiini (development routine), which aims to teach and show how to successfully use pdca cycles. training includes hands on simulation as always. with this routine one can easily use pdca cycles in projects, process development and company development. pdca is also useful tool when one just wants to make sure that things get done.
