working in the aerospace industry for a long time has shown to the people behind ksb that multiple program experience within companies is becoming increasingly difficult to maintain, unless maybe you are boeing or airbus. the traditional role of the contractor or technical consultant, in providing a specific expertise, still exists but there is a growing market for packages of work that take on more widely scoped contracts involving broader and, possibly, markedly different technical areas. the experience gained by our company’s personnel in flight control and other aircraft systems development on a variety of aircraft programs, in combination with their proven ability to work as a team led to the creation of ksb. one of the company aims is to move away from the provision of singular resource to a company and expand to take on more responsibility for technical and program risk. we are convinced that what ksb, as a company, can offer is beneficial to every system and subsystem integrato
