since the 1960's, the various m & b companies have been developing and constructing buildings across michigan. initially focusing on retail, m & b moved into all types of commercial construction projects including airport hangars, commercial office buildings, health care projects, high tech collaborative space, and educational facilities. m & b has a long history of working with a very small elite group of clients building from a relationship base versus a bid and specification base. the guiding philosophy has been to find a small group of good clients and provide a level of service that nobody else in the market can match. this philosophy has led in several diverse directions that have served the clients and company well through the years.
