the bc alliance for manufacturing, an organization built on collaboration, is a cohesive federation of associations to better represent all manufacturing sectors. there is no cost to belong to the alliance. working together we can do a better job of representing all sectors of manufacturing in our advocacy efforts as well as addressing common skills and workforce development issues. the bc alliance for manufacturing is also a delivery partner for government-funded employment programs such as the unemployment training and employment program (utep), and the refugee training and employment program (rtep) that is provided free of charge to employees and employers alike. we are proud to offer programs with the highest job placement rates graduates have a 99% job placement rate. visit our website to learn more.
