we create a predictable sales process, efficient client success, and precisely define startups' business model thus minimizing the risk of the investment, installing processes, and professionalizing it. research we do extensive and deep research not only into the startup itself (team, product) but into the market they serve. 4 – week intensive, actionable training training is specifically designed for b2b startups that raised between 500k and 2m in funding. it covers the business canvas model, sales, client success, hiring, and much more. follow ups and mentoring we continue working with a startup after the program has finished. one mentoring session per 2 weeks for an additional 6 months.
