Ycsa (Youth Community Support Agency)

at ycsa, we support and empower young people through a personal, social and educational development process, to enable them to reach their potential and become active and valued members of a diverse society. youth community support agency has been delivering support services to young people and the community in glasgow since 1995. we intensively support over 400 young people (aged between 10 and 25) each year with a variety of programmes and interventions through our five support services. our targeted support work includes individual intensive support, group work, therapies, residentials, programmes, family interventions, outreach work and volunteering . we provide holistic support through a variety of in-house services to ensure young people have maximum and effective support. the main focus of our work is to engage those young people deemed ‘hard to reach’, at risk of social exclusion and on the fringes of society. our intensive individual support forms the basis of much of the work
