mrl, incorporated is a utility submetering and electrical engineering firm. we have been in business since 1989. since the beginning, the two principals have been richard loberger and michael laporta. since that time we have provided utility submetering and conservation services throughout the united states, and in some cases, helped local municipalities, and states, with the creation of utility submetering laws. we have operated from massachusetts to washington state, and nearly every state in between. we offer, in accordance with local laws, a wide range utility submtering options, including water, natural gas, electricity, and even hvac submetering services. on our engineering side, we are a rapi prototype developer, specializing in test fixtures and limited run production items. as such, we are a government approved company, more than capable of designing and building fixtures for not only defense projects, but aviation, energy management, alternative energy projects, and much more
