olim.tech is initech’s initiative to promote klitat olim in the israeli hi-tech industry and is supported by the governmental israeli innovation authority. initech is an israeli software development company with over a decade of experience working with leading startups and enterprise companies in the israeli hi-tech industry. over the years we have seen how difficult and frustrating is the process for olim developers to find their place in the industry. this, in spite of the massive shortage of software developers in israel. being olim vatikin, (fluent in a few languages, including russian) we decided to accept the challenge and build an end-to-end program to help olim developers find a job in the hi-tech market. we are honored to receive the support of the israeli innovation authority in our efforts to achieve this important goal. as part of this important initiative, we have created this site to allow olim software developers to apply to the best positions in the israel hi-tech
