beam’s mission is "to develop socially and morally self-aware young women of today to become our future female leaders of tomorrow™". because so many of the wrong needs are being met for our young women of today and in an era where sex sells and society teaches girl’s image is everything, self-esteem and lack of empowerment are a crisis in our country that pervades every aspect of a girl’s life including her looks, performance in school and relationships with friends and family members. we believe young females require strong ideals to shape their world and the world around them. we shape this belief by centering my empowerment program around beam’s four program pillars: beauty, empowerment, attitude, and me in which we deliver a high quality, effective transforming empowerment program to middle, high school and college females in desperate need of 360 degree coaching, mentoring, life skills development, educational and career preparedness. we ask that you partner with us to continue c
