standup! for change is a social transformation organization endeavoring to bring awareness to the inequities taking place in marginalized communities; primarily in the areas of housing, education, and employment. our efforts target cleveland, ohio where nearly 37% of all residents and 54% of children live in poverty. standup! for change seeks to awaken society to the needs, promise, and values of under-served youth;specifically those who are homeless and chronically impoverished.. our vision is to create a society that understands and accepts responsibility in meeting the needs of our youngest citizens regardless of race, gender, or economic status. thus, facilitating productive members of society dedicated to utilizing their talents to rebuild their communities and the citizens that dwell within.
