overgate hospice is an organisation dedicated to caring for terminally ill people living within the calderdale are. we provide care through our inpatient unit, day hospice, bereavment and many other services. it costs over £2 million to run the hospice each year and we only recieve 25% of this from the local pct, the rest is down to the generosity of our supporters. we pass none of the costs on to our service users, all of care is given totally free as we believe it always should be. this year we are proud to celebrate 30 years of caring!
