overley landscaping is a well-rounded company providing a wide array of landscape services to southeast pa, specializing in outdoor living spaces and creative hardscape design. the company has existed since 2003, though only active in berks county for the past year. overley landscaping has two owners, each graduates of delaware valley college where they studied ornamental horticulture and environmental design. at overley we combine formal education, over 25 years of collective field experience and a commitment to modern installation techniques to deliver exceptional quality on every project. size does matter and although we are a small company we pride ourselves on having the capacity to complete most any project – from $100 to over $200,000. our goal is to approach each client with unique landscape concepts that incorporate their visions and a dazzling yet practical design.
