Owen Venture & Entrepreneurship Club | Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management

the ovec welcomes all future funders and founders, as well as anyone with an entrepreneurial soul. the purpose of our club is to give students exposure to all things entrepreneurial, including fundraising. we not only support those who are starting their own businesses, want to work at startups, or hope to be venture capitalists in the future, but also anyone who wants to explore what it means to think as an entrepreneur even at a large company. in collaboration with the center for entrepreneurship, we foster relationships between students and the nashville community, and offer networking opportunities with both founders and vcs in the area. our hope is that all students feel they have the resources and support to think creatively and innovate, no matter what their career aspirations are. in order to achieve this mission, we operate with the following club values: we believe that no idea is too big, too small, or too crazy. this club is a safe space for dreamers of all kinds. w
