Ownpace - Micro Incubator for Teens

ownpace is a micro incubator for teens. it's mission is to help kids find their element and master it at their own pace (hence, ownpace). here, we coach, train, and connect passionate students with appropriate subject matter experts, programs, employers, and, in some cases, investors. we are a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization. what we do: consultation - to assist teens and their parents clarify and address immediate concerns by following a systematic problem-solving process; coaching - to improve teens' abilities in a specific skill area by providing a process of observation, reflection, and action; hands-on practice (team projects) - to enhance practical and collaborative skills by engaging students in shared inquiry and learning with people who have a common goal; mentoring - to expand teen’s awareness by providing and recommending structured opportunities for action, reflection, and observation. funding passionate low-income students
