recruitment has changed drastically in the last 3 years. the emergence of sophisticated digital job boards and mobile technology has allowed candidates to have access to a huge amount of job opportunities. unfortunately, this has diluted the quality of the entire recruitment process and turned it into a rushed numbers game more than ever. this benefits no one. ox seven was created to move away from the high volume/ low-quality approach, to a more tailored, quality approach. every recruitment consultant has to earn their title of consultant. we will never work a job without taking a full brief from the client. we will never submit a cv without thoroughly qualifying the candidate for the role. we video-interview candidates for our clients shortlist, so even prior to a first interview the client can see and hear the candidate talking about their job. we are not trying to reinvent the wheel, but we are refining and improving it.
