oma was founded several years ago as an access initiative to encourage young muslims to study at the oxbridge universities and in doing so give themselves the best possible start to adult life. many of the world's leading figures attended the universities before going on to achieve their various distinctions and we believe that more muslims should be taking their seats in the corridors of influence. since its inception oma has developed from an access initiative into a diverse, intelligent and highly successful community. in its current form it is a sociable network of muslims reaching all areas of the globe and all areas of industry.
