Oxford Quantitative Trading Society

our society has organically grown from an academic reading group focused on the application of statistics in options trading, to an organised and dedicated team of student members that actively deploy quantitative strategies. our goal is to establish a fund that will trade capital in live markets within the 2019-2020 academic year. the society aims to achieve three objectives in pursuit of this goal: 1. provide a collaborative space for the best quantitative traders at oxford. 2. act as a bridge between academia and industry, working with academics to develop theory and build this into trading strategies. 3. attract and retain top talent in our research groups through engaging events.
