oxygen tango's vision is to enable deep connectedness through authentic verbal and non-verbal dialogue, by offering a rich, exploratory, peer-supported, non-competitive, excellence-stimulating learning environment with clear, progressive, objective criteria for growth. why it matters? people need authentic community, and it's a very complex, resource-intensive, long-term initiative to grow a true community that really works and values and cares for each individual - while training each individual to care for the whole. feeling separate causes many social ills: arguments, sickness, violence, depression, abuse, conflict and waste. through finding connection through all the conversations that happen when we are actively engaged in community, we can sidestep this waste and release the extraordinarily powerful love and creativity latent in humanity. we are an educational organization developing systems to teach people all the skills that enable participation in meaningful community. our fou
