oya retreats deliver an holistic movement and mindfulness practice to black women and women of colour. on exclusive retreats in the uk and abroad, guests are offered room to explore, reflect, release, and renew. on day, weekend, and weeklong retreats, guests are invited to deepen their practice in various forms of yoga, movement and mindfulness meditation. as the first such retreats in the united kingdom dedicated to this specific demographic, oya retreats aim to provide black women and women of colour with spaces that cater to their distinct needs and wants. our mission is to teach yoga, movement and mindfulness to women who might feel excluded from mainstream yoga environments.
