quito bike tours is a new and innovative company which runs bicycle tours in and around quito. the company prides itself on positive activism and sustainable tourism. we are a mix of locals and a gringa (south american speak for a foreigner). we all speak spanish and english, and some of us speak italian too! we are all passionate about doing things ethically whilst still having fun. of course, we all love cycling and want to share this beautiful unesco heritage city with the people who visit and live here. so, you want to know more about us? the gringa (australian born ombretta zanetti) is simply an adventure and life-loving traveller who values life experiences. ecuadorian born alex benavides is her equally adventure and travel loving partner. they both oscillate between ecuador and australia. enter fernando de la torre and andrea baquero. born and bred in quito, they are bike lovers, builders and designers of urban bikes, activists and passionate about mobility and sustainability. m
