quo vadis academies was established in hong kong in 2014 to change the way graduates and young people engage with their careers going forward. graduate employment is a macro issue globally, with employers and graduates both struggling to find their ideal outcomes. our founders phil pemberton and aaron stewart have worked in the executive search industries for a number of years and both truly understand the skills required to be top candidates. however, our research indicated that graduates needed a platform to hone and learn these skills and so the ‘quo vadis summer course’ was launched! having surveyed over 500 graduate recruiters and employers we discovered that recruiters and corporates are keen to identify and employ high achieving students who are familiar with living in hong kong. however, they are becoming increasingly frustrated by the lack of skills and experiences that young people have acquired in the lead up to employment. our focus is on identifying and improving the missi
