managed a team of consultants (each in charge of their own vertical) and worked with a variety of clients across the uk, europe. latam and asia. role involved account management / delivery and mentoring the team to do the same (leading from the front by example & training hands on), setting goals / targets and conducting one to one meetings and performance reviews. i helped to hire professionals across a variety of disciplines (sap, development, testing etc) with a specialism in cyber security and placing (perm & contract) security officers, security architects, cio / ciso's as well as ethical hackers / penetration testers. also helped to organize events and "networking initiatives" for senior corporate ("c level") professionals together with programme/project managers to raise brand awareness. this was combined with a sector specific approach which helped to identify passive candidates to create a more unique pool of profiles for our clients to choose from. templeton & partners has be
