story cocktails was founded in 2016 by alistair cook and michael stewart, two lifelong collaborators with a passion for marking important moments by sharing beautiful well-crafted cocktails. starting out their careers as occupational therapists, both have always taken the road less travelled, and applied clinical discipline and scientific rigour to everything they’ve done. what their partnership delivers is a form of alchemy – the imagination of one driving the creative output of the other in a positive feedback loop that makes the whole far greater and more interesting than the sum of its parts. this approach was, of course, tailor-made for their foray into fine drinks. from their commercial-grade research and development labs, alistair and michael have developed and refined some of the world’s finest pre-mixed cocktails. both are driven by an attention to detail that sees each ingredient weighed to 0.1g and measured to 0.1ml to ensure quality. they know exactly how much water s
