SBM Transition Strategies

i've spent most of my life in transition. then i married a us marine, and experienced his transition back into the civilian workforce after a 20-year career. years later i launched a new transition assistance program at mcb camp pendleton, and wrote a masters thesis on the military to civilian workforce transition experience. i have a graduate degree in organization development and an entrepreneurial mindset. i understand business strategy, vision alignment and what makes people "tick." today, i am commited to helping individuals, groups, leaders and organizations discover and navigate the necessary changes in order to thrive in today's global economy.
