رسالة الجمعية الاهتمام بقضايا الموهبة والابداع ورعاية الطلاب الموهوبين في كافة مجالات العلوم والهندسة من خلال مجموعة من الاهداف والخطط عبر عدد من الوسائل و البرامج المختلفة . اهداف الجمعية : 1- نشر الوعي بمفاهيم الموهبة و الابداع في المجتمع السوداني . 2- تنمية الفكر العلمي المرتبط بالموهبة و الابداع والعمل على تطويره و تنشيطه . 3- تحقيق التواصل العلمي لاعضاء الجمعية . 4- تطوير الاداء العلمي و المهني لاعضاء الجمعية . 5- تيسير تبادل الانتاج العلمي مع المؤسسات و المراكز العلمية العاملة في مجال رعاية الموهوبين داخل وخارج السودان و التنسيق فيما بينها . 6- ربط البحوث العلمية في الموهبة و الابداع بحاجة القطاع العام و الخاص و ايجاد قنوات الاتصال المناسبة لتفعيل مخرجات هذه البحوث في الجوانب التطبيقية التي تمس حاجة هذا المجتمع . 7- العمل كبيت خبرة في مجال رعاية الموهوبين من خلال تقديم الاستشارات التربوية و الفنية للمؤسسات والمراكز العاملة في هذا المجال و للاعضاء كذلك . 8- تحقيق التواصل وتبادل الخبرات مع ادارات و مؤسسات التعليم لرعاية الموهوبين و المبدعين من الطلاب . الوسائل : 1- اقامة المؤتمرات
