scb training center, inc. specializes in providing training and consulting services for defense trade controls, itar and ear. we also offer quality systems management services and operational analysis and support to assure compliance with various product requirements. we were founded in 2009 by mr. leo mcintyre who has been a leader in the aerospace industry for over 40 years. originally founding southern california braiding company, a leading cable and harness company serving many of the primes, nasa and other u.s. government agencies. mr. mcintyre sold southern california braiding in 2010 and retained the training center to continue to promote his belief of excellence in quality and compliance. mr. mcintyre was recognized by nasa and several usg agencies for his superior quality and dedication to providing excellent products and services worldwide. in founding the scb training center, mr. mcintyre saw the need to assist organizations struggling to comply with defense trade controls a
