established since 2011 society for community outreach & training better known as scot, is a non-government organization registered in brunei darussalam. scot acts as a bridge in coming up with more sustaining ways and strategies for the economically challenged community and significant social issues. mission empowering the economically challenged to build their confidence and personal attributes and at the same time providing a platform for youth to be exposed on social issues to cultivate new innovative ideas to tackle significant social issues. vision improve the quality of life for the economically challenged and creating innovative long lasting solutions on social issues.
