Bayan Search Foundation

search foundation seeks to build the nation from below through social entrepreneurship and holistic area development. we do this through our brand of action research where we translate knowledge into practical plans, which are in turn tested out and implemented in the field. all throughout, we document processes and results, with the goal of designing replicable models for social development. through action research, we seek to inform, empower, and mobilize grassroots communities, social enterprises, and inclusive businesses towards building a more impactful social economy. our project portfolio includes management of the quest for love project of gina lopez in partnership with abs-cbn foundation, the community and forest-based social enterprise development program in partnership with forest foundation philippines, and the mamanua indigenous agroforestry enterprise development project with first gen hydro power corp.
