solaris energy incorporated in the state of delaware usa. solaris energy is focused on investing and developing in energy related projects such as , generation, upstream,downstream ,refining , as of october 2012 our trading platform is up and running we are trading physical commodities and petroleum refined products our trading regions are in south america , central america , and north america. we only purchase cargoes and yearly allocations direct from refineries and major well known entities. we sell to end users, bunker operators, and major trading organizations. as of november 5 2012 solaris energy has purchase the majority shares of ooo techservises of russia , a oil processing and domestic petroleum distribution company and we are in negotiations to purchase several oil producing blocks.
