society for eritrean and ethiopian diaspora development is a non-profit organization established in early 2019 by six recently graduated alumni and current undergraduate students. seedd^2 is an organization that transitioned and rebranded from eritrean ethiopian student conference, an annual conference founded by four college students in 2017, all of whom attended different universities. for the past two years, the eesc executive board has put on three successful conferences in march 2017, 2018 and 2019. eesc focuses on professional development, academic success, community building and social impact, as the 2-3 day consists of a plethora of events such as industry specific/focused career panels, various workshops, organization and job fairs, spotlighting and supporting of eritrean and ethiopian businesses, talented performers and speakers.  our previous mission is to connect the eritrean and ethiopian diaspora and create an inclusive space where young eritreans and ethiopians can
