strata geodata services is a geological consulting group established in vancouver, canada. we offer a range of geological services from field mapping to report writing, with specialization in geochemical applications. we have worked on projects across north and south america, europe and asia covering a range of commodities including gold, silver and other base metals. beyond the day to day consulting, sgds also hosts workshops, seminars and field trips for young graduate geologists who are currently struggling to find work in the current economy. by mentoring this demographic, we are helping to ensure a group of people that retain the skillset required to re-enter the workforce when demand picks up. we aim to be a very active group who are adaptable to different conditions, both in the field and the financial markets. we employ people on a contract basis, which keeps our overheads down, thus being able to remain competitively priced for our clients yet retaining a professional service.
