Society of Indo-American Engineers and Architects

siaea (society of indo american engineers and architects), is the organization of engineers and architects. through education, licensure advocacy leadership training, multi-disciplinary networking and outreach, siaea enhances the image of its members and their ability to ethically and professionally practice engineering and architecture. the goal of siaea shall be to organize and unite in fellowship the engineering and architectural professionals of indian origin; to assimilate the arts and sciences of indian heritage into the american society to enhance the image and high visibility of indian professionals and to stand tall within american mainstream. incorporation the constitution and bylaws were adopted on june 16,1982.the incorporation papers, signed by messrs. sital daryanani, sham malhotra, harshad lakhani, nick massand and mohan jethwani, for a type b corporation filed in august 1982 with the secretary of the state of new york, pursuant to section 201 of the not-for-pro
